Purpose and eligibility
Formaia is a documentation tool for creative intent, source-rights declarations, AI-use boundaries, deterministic completeness checks, and content-hash receipts. You must be able to enter into these terms and use the service only for lawful work.
Your rights information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of project, license, authorization, release, training-permission, editing-permission, attribution, and reviewer information you enter. Formaia does not inspect source material or verify ownership.
No legal certification
A ready status means only that deterministic product rules found no missing required fields or declared risk states. It is not legal advice, a clearance opinion, proof of authorship, proof of originality, or a guarantee against claims. Consult qualified advisers when the stakes require it.
Local data and exports
Core data is stored in your browser. You accept the risk that browser clearing, device failure, profile changes, or local compromise can remove or expose it. You are responsible for downloading and protecting manifests you need to retain.
Wallet connection
Wallet connection is optional and read-only. It requests a selected public address and active chain ID only. It does not authorize a signature, token approval, transaction, payment, points activation, or proof creation. You are responsible for reviewing every wallet prompt and maintaining wallet security.
Points and optional upgrade
The 100-point activation is a separate local action. The optional upgrade is described as exactly 0.01 BOT for 200 total points and requires a preview followed by explicit confirmation. In this release, no trusted recipient is configured, so the upgrade remains a clearly labeled simulation and no payment is sent.
Points have no cash value and are not transferable, redeemable, or guaranteed to produce access, rewards, an airdrop, profit, or future utility. Nothing on this site is an investment offer or financial advice.
Optional on-chain records
A local receipt is not an on-chain record. Any future anchor would be a separate, explicit action with its own review and confirmation. Public-network actions may be irreversible and may incur fees. Formaia does not claim a transaction is pending or confirmed unless reliable evidence supports that state.
Acceptable use
Do not use Formaia to misrepresent rights, conceal infringement, impersonate people, bypass licenses, store malware, attack the service, or create misleading proof. Do not enter seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or unlawful personal data.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available and may change. Future directions in the whitepaper are non-binding. To the extent permitted by law, Formaia disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for decisions based solely on a manifest, completeness state, points balance, or receipt.
